Fica a dica e o esclarecimento.

Hi guys,
I received several emails and I've been always asked by clients:

"Sleeping with wet hair, It's bad or not?"
The myth of sleeping with wet hair would be a risk to your health is still controversial within the medical field. Some experts say the practice offers no risk.

But on the other side are the dermatologists and (I) the hairdressers that discouraged the practice, which could be harmful to health, with the risk of a cold , for example, and as for the hair, once that you can get bacteries.

Understand: This is because the normal microorganisms of the scalp can multiply more quickly if you let your head wet for long periods and muffled in the pillow. Thus, these organisms proliferate rapidly in the presence of water and may favor the appearance of dandruff, itch and ringworm.

Sleeping with wet hair does not cause the wires to rot, but make them more fragile, YES, due to friction with the pillowcase, which can break and damage the wires. For the moisture in the scalp is conducive to the emergence of bacteria, resulting in even hair loss.

So, sleep with wet hair does not hurt your overall health, but rather that of locks. To always ensure the health and beauty of your hair, you need to let them breathe and sleep with it dry. After the bath, especially the night, and if you decide to wet the wires, the ideal is to dry the hair with a towel or with the help of a hairdryer, temperature moderated .Avoid leave them wet.

Even the serun overnight like John Frieda Overnight Serun/BlogdoAngel and the Nocturn Creams, moisturizing creams that nourish the hair while you sleep, it has its substance in a reduced amount of water, and the right components to avoid problems in the wires. Here is a tip  and clarification.

Make-up Acessorio: Lantejoula / Sequins

Oi gente,

Hi guys,
I love the glither, glamour and the sparkle of sequins  remains strong on the runways, as shown by the international fashion shows summer 2012

But the sequins wins a  new function Decorative  this season: light-up makeup.

The idea comes straight from backstage at Givenchy - detail: show by Gisele Bundchen , whos is rare clicking on the beauty backstage.

Instead of an eye all worked up, Pat McGrath bet on a single detail with powerful effect: half spangle glued in the center of the eyelid É a way to make a point of light without having to use a thousand products, "Just cut one in half and sticking with the help of glue for false eyelashes, "she explains.

The sequin functions as an accessory on the make-up and is a great way to renew the make up party - the proposal is perfect for occasions like Halloween, Fancy Dress parties, brighten the look of the white New Year's Eve, for example. It gave me a great idea for a Halloween post, stay tuned.
