Gisele Bundchen launches Forests Challenge

Não foi a toa que no início dos anos 2000 uma revista inglesa criou a terminologia Übermodel para designar especificamente o sucesso atingido pela modelo brasileira Gisele Bundchen, inédito até então.
Übermodel (do alemao über = sobre, mais o termo ingles model = modelo) designa a modelo que faz mais sucesso, é a mais requisitada e conseqüentemente a mais bem paga em seu momento na indústria da moda.

A modelo super mega preocupada com a preservação da natureza, dos recursos naturais do nosso planeta,e junto com o Programa das Nações Unidas para o Meio Ambiente preparou uma mobilizaçã mundial em apoio às florestas e conta com o apoio do maior número de pessoas para espalhar essa causa pela Internet.
No Dia Mundial da Amazônia (5 de setembro), a übermodel divulgou um vídeo exclusivo sobre o papel vital que as florestas exercem nas nossas vidas. Quem espalhar a causa por meio do Twitter e Facebook concorre a revistas Vogue Brasil autografadas pela Gisele.  Bapho forte ne?

It was not coincidence that in early 2000 a British magazine created a terminology übermodel to designate specifically  the success achieved by the Brazilian model Gisele Bundchen.
Übermodel (from German über = over, plus the English term model = model) refers to the model's popularity, the most requested and therefore the highest paid in their moment in the fashion industry.

The übermodel concerned with the preservation of nature, natural resources of our planet, and along with the United Nations for the Environment Programme, has prepared a global mobilization in support of the forests and is counting on the support of as many people as possible to spread this cause on the internet.
On SEPTEMBER 5th, World Amazon Day, Gisele Bündchen released a video talking about the vital role that forests play in our lives. Those who spread the word about the cause via Twitter and Facebook will compete for autographed Vogue Brazil magazines.
